RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Queenshop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Period : 
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions : 
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items : 
For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process :  

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@queenshop.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds : 
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

 Return Shipping : 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items : 
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
