Return conditions : 
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Certain items such as earrings may be excluded for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Refunds : 
Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Exceptions : 
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
